Are palm readings legitimate?
Palm reading is a centuries-old practice of reading the lines, mounts, and shape of your hands to talk through the patterns in your life. We do not promise to predict your future. In our Old Town San Diego reading room a palm session runs about 30 minutes and costs $60.
People ask us this at the table almost every week. Usually right before they sit down.
Here is the honest version. Palm reading is real in the sense that it is a real practice with real history. It is not a magic trick that guarantees what happens next. We read hands. We do not read the future like a weather report.
What we actually look at in a palm reading
Your dominant hand carries the habits you have built. The other hand shows what you started with. We read both.
Three big lines get most of the attention: the heart line, the head line, and the life line. The mounts, the small raised pads under each finger, fill in the rest. Hand shape and finger length matter too.
None of it predicts a date or an outcome. It points at tendencies. Then we talk.
How much does a palm reading cost in San Diego?
In our room on Twiggs Street, a palm reading is $60 for about 30 minutes. If you want more than the hands, people often move up to a fuller session.

Is a palm reading the same as fortune telling?
No. Fortune telling sells certainty. We do not.
What we give you is a read on patterns and an honest conversation about them. Some folks leave with a decision they were already circling. Some just feel a little lighter walking back out toward the park.
Where we read
Our reading room is in Old Town San Diego, on Twiggs Street near the Old Town San Diego State Historic Park. Short walk from the trolley stop. Summer weekends near the park get loud and warm by mid afternoon, so mornings tend to be quieter for a sit-down reading.
We read daily, 9 in the morning to 9 at night. Georgia has read here since opening the room in 2025.
