How do you find a reputable palm reader?
A reputable palm reader has a fixed public address, posts flat prices before you sit down, and never charges extra to remove a curse or block. In San Diego, a single palm reading commonly runs $50 to $100. Ours is $60 at our Twiggs Street room in Old Town.
We hear the same worry at our table constantly. Someone sits down, hands out, and says they almost did not come because they were not sure who was legitimate.
Fair worry. So here is how we would sort it if we were the ones shopping.
Start with the address
A real address is the first filter. Not a service area, not a booth that moves, an actual door you can walk through. Ours is 3927 Twiggs St, a block off Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, and we are open every day from 9:00am to 9:00pm.
An address means the reader is accountable to the same neighborhood week after week. You can come back. You can complain. That changes how someone works.
What should a palm reading cost in San Diego?
Prices around town cluster in a predictable band, and a reader who will not state theirs before you sit is telling you something.

Flat numbers, posted in advance. If a quoted price moves upward once you are in the chair, stand up.
The one warning sign that matters most
Escalation. It almost always follows the same script. The reading starts, something dark surfaces, and clearing it requires a second session, or a candle, or a sum of money that grows each time you ask.
Walk out. Nothing found in a palm requires an emergency payment.
We charge $60 for a palm reading and that is the whole transaction. Georgia works alone here, so there is no upsell chain behind her.
What does a palm reader actually look at?
Hands are structure before they are anything else. Shape of the palm, length and set of the fingers, how the skin sits, where the major lines run and where they break, cross, or double back. Depth matters as much as direction.
Georgia reads both hands. They rarely say the same thing, and the difference between them is usually the interesting part of the conversation.
What she will not do is tell you the lines lock in your future. They do not. Anyone who says otherwise is overselling.
Ask what happens if nothing comes through
Some sittings are quiet. It happens, and an honest reader will say so rather than filling the silence with things you want to hear.
That answer alone separates most of the field.

Summer afternoons in Old Town get loud and hot, and the walk-in traffic follows the tourist rhythm. Evenings after the park clears out are calmer, and you can usually sit down without a wait.
