Why people do past life work

Most people don't come to a past life reading curious. They come because something in this life isn't making sense. A fear that has no origin. A pull toward a person, place, or practice they can't explain. A pattern that keeps repeating no matter how much therapy or work they put in. A loss that feels older than the loss itself.

These aren't always past life imprints. But often they are. When they are, naming them changes everything. The fear stops running you because you understand where it came from. The pattern releases because you understand why it formed. The pull starts to make sense because you remember what you were doing before this life.

I don't do past life work as performance. I do it because some of the most stuck people I've worked with have moved further in a single past life session than in years of trying to figure it out from the inside of this life alone. It's the heaviest session I offer. It's also the one that changes the most when it lands.

What this session reveals

How this session works

This is a ninety-minute session. We don't rush it. It includes a deep intake, the reading itself, and time afterward to process and integrate what came up. Most clients describe it as one of the most significant single experiences they've had.

1. Deep intake. We talk for the first twenty minutes about what brought you in. The patterns, the fears, the connections, the questions that don't have an explanation in this life.
2. The reading. I take you into the reading and walk through what I see. I describe what comes through as it comes. Past lives that connect to what you're carrying now. The threads between them.
3. Karmic patterns. We name what's been moving across lifetimes. This is often the most powerful part of the session for clients.
4. Integration. The last fifteen to twenty minutes are for sitting with what came up and talking through what to do with it. You leave with a clear sense of what you now know and what's yours to work with.

Who this session is for

Past life work is for the questions that nothing else has answered. Patterns therapy hasn't touched. Fears that don't fit your history. Connections to people you can't explain. A sense of having lived before that you can't shake. A spiritual path you've been on for a while and want to go deeper into.
