What a psychic reading is

The psychic reading is my deepest single session. Where palm reading works from the lines of your hand and tarot from the cards, a psychic reading works from psychometry: reading the energy held in a personal object you've carried with you. A piece of jewelry. A key you've had for years. A pair of glasses. An object that's been only yours.

The object becomes a tuning fork. It holds your energy, your history, the imprint of where you've been and what you've moved through. When I hold it, I can read what's actually happening in your life right now, what's just about to land, and the choices opening up in front of you.

This is the session for the questions that don't fit anywhere else. The ones that are too big or too tender or too tangled for a simpler reading. The ones you've been carrying for years and haven't been able to put down. Most of the people who book a psychic reading already know what they need to ask. They've just been waiting for the right person to ask it to.

What to bring and what to expect

Bring one personal object that has belonged only to you. Don't pick something brand new. The longer it's been with you, the more it has to say. A wedding ring, a watch you wore through a hard year, a keychain you've carried for a decade. If you're not sure what to bring, just bring whatever you reach for first.

1. Settle and open. We sit together and you say what brought you in. The reading begins as soon as I take the object, but the conversation grounds us first.
2. Read the object. I hold the item and read what comes through. I describe what I see as I see it. Sometimes that's people, sometimes events, sometimes a feeling that opens into a longer thread.
3. Walk through what came up. Once the reading has landed, we go back through what came up and tie it to the questions you actually came with.
4. Sit with it. Psychic readings often surface a lot. The last few minutes are for slowing down and deciding what you want to take with you and what you want to set down.
